By accessing or using BublOS, operated by Cenova Spark LLC, ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.

2. Description of Service

BublOS is a unified workspace platform that connects third-party SaaS applications via OAuth integrations. The Service provides cross-application search, AI-powered actions, workflow automation, and analytics features.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts, systems, or networks.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
• Use the Service to transmit malware, spam, or other harmful content.
• Exceed the usage limits of your subscription plan.

5. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you cancel your subscription, you retain access until the end of the current billing period.

6. Third-Party Integrations

The Service connects to third-party applications on your behalf. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of third-party services. Your use of connected services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Cenova Spark LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any data you provide through the Service.

8. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cenova Spark LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
